The Centre for Lifelong Learning of the VŠPJ provided not only U3V students with extraordinary lectures

The U3V Judaic Studies and Genealogy programmes offered an extraordinary opportunity for U3V students to expand their knowledge of Judaism and gain insight into wartime history. Mgr. Kateřina Beerová from the Jewish Museum Prague enriched the audience on Wednesday 13 March 2024 with the specific traditions and customs of this monotheistic religion and touched upon the issue of contemporary anti-Semitism. The public and the participants of the Genealogy course also welcomed on Tuesday 19 March another extraordinary lecture on the topics of military service of previous generations, led by Mgr. Lukáš Lexa, Ph.D., from the Moravian Museum in Brno.

The organizational team of the Centre for Lifelong Learning of the University of Applied Sciences thanks its main organizers - the lecturer of the Judaic Studies course Mgr. Petra Čejka and Ing.
