The VŠPJ Socialálná práce Department will allow náváers to find out how they are doing with the quality of their hearing during Scientists' Night. In fact, in the laboratory of signal processing and multimedia, it will be possible to have their hearing measured using a mobile app, which is used to assess the existence of a hearing loss. This unique mobile application was developed at the University of Jihlava in cooperation with the Department of Social Sciences and the Department of Technology; Návštees will be able to tryá howá it is to getá in a few seconds, byá gerontoobleck. This perfectly simulates not only limited mobility, but also, for example, impaired vision and hearing or tremors in the hands. It can thus faithfully create the illusion of standing and allow the wearer to experience the everyday feelings of old or seriously ill people.
