LECTURERS

• Ing. Luďka Jirků (jirkuludka@seznam.cz)

Ing. Luďka Jirků has been working at VŠPJ, at the Department of Economic Studies, as an external collaborator since 2004 (until 2004 she worked with VŠ Jihlava). During the cooperation she taught business economics, banking, participated in the management and supervision of bachelor theses. Active work activity is focused on banking, especially on credit activity, in recent period on mortgage loans. She is currently working with intermediaries in banking, insurance and investment.

• Ing. Petr Jiříček, Ph.D. (petr.jiricek@vspj.cz)

Academic staff member at the VŠPJ with 17 years of experience in the company (Tesla Jihlava) and in banking (Komerční banka, Hypoteční banka).  Areas of academic activity: teaching subjects focused on financial management of the company, financial analysis, banking, financial markets in AJ and ČJ, management and macroeconomics. Author of 2 professional books, 9 university scripts in English and Czech and many articles in professional journals, researcher of many research projects.

• Ing. Libuše Měrtlová, Ph.D. (libuse.mertlova@vspj.cz)

Academic staff member with more than eighteen years of experience at the VŠPJ (Department of Economic Studies) as an assistant professor. Areas of work activity: teaching of accounting, taxation, finance, human resource management and personnel management, public finance and management.  In the field of scientific activity Ing. Měrtlová has long focused on research on the efficiency of public finance, regional disparities, regional development and regional competitiveness. She has many years of professional experience in the application sphere with a focus on operational and economic activities in the field of agriculture. Ing. Měrtlová is a researcher of a number of internal projects of the University of Applied Sciences focused on the efficiency of public administration and regional development of the Czech Republic.

• Ing. František Bláha
  

Ing. František Bláha has been working for a long time in leading economic functions and bodies (chief accountant, head of the financial department and chairman of the supervisory board in Jihlavan Jihlava, vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Aero Vodochody a. s., economic director of the construction company FORTIS s.r.o.). Ing. Bláha acts as an official liquidator and auctioneer at auctions, is a member of the Property Commission of the City of Jihlava and the managing director of an accounting and auditing firm. F.I. Vadium s.r.o.

• Ing. Denisa Bulvová

A professional from application sphere with more than twenty years of experience in economic field as an auditor's assistant in Audit consult a.s., financial director of Auto Vysočina, s.r.o., banker for corporate clients in bank Moneta a.s., and currently corporate banking advisor in Komerční banka a.s. Areas of work: economics, finance, advisor in the field of finance and lending for corporate clients. Many years of professional experience and communication with clients represent considerable personal and knowledge capital for transferring the acquired experience in corporate finance, corporate accounting, financial analysis and financial management.
