VŠPJ Canteen Operations and New Ordering System

Welcome to the VŠPJ Canteen website. As of 7 September 2026, we have introduced a new ordering system for lunch service.

🕒 Opening Hours and Meal Times

• Refreshments & Snacks (pastries, deli items, homemade cakes, coffee, tea, soft drinks):

  Monday–Friday | 08:00 – 14:00

• Lunch Service (weekdays):

  Monday–Friday | 10:30 – 14:00

• Saturday Lunch Service:

  Saturday | 10:30 – 14:00

• 💡 Open to All: The canteen is also open to non-registered diners without a prior lunch booking. Meals can be purchased directly on site (subject to availability) and paid for by payment card.

• ⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Orders: Lunches for the following day must be ordered no later than 14:00 on the preceding day.

• ⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Payments: All payments made on site in the canteen (for meals and refreshments) must be made by payment card or pre-funded smart chip/card only. Cash is not accepted.

🔑 Login and Registration Guide

VŠPJ Students and Staff

1. Open the Septim ordering system.

2. Select Log in via external system (Přihlášení pomocí externího systému).

3. When prompted, enter your login credentials:

   • Staff: login01@vspj.cz + password

   • Students: login01@student.vspj.cz + password

External Diners (General Public)

To register a new account, you must visit the canteen administration office in person.

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Hours: 08:00 – 13:00

💳 Topping Up Your Account Balance

How to Top Up Your Catering Credit

1. Log in to the ordering system.

2. Go to My Profile → Deposit Funds (Můj profil → Vklad na konto).

3. Enter the desired amount and choose to pay via QR code or payment card.

4. Complete the transaction.

💡 You can also top up your balance in person at the canteen till using a payment card.

Refund Requests for Unused Credit (Prior to 30 June 2026)

If you have an unused credit balance remaining on your former account with the previous catering provider, you may request a refund to your bank account.

Please submit your request by email to monika.duskova@vspj.cz and include the following information:

• Full name

• Username from the iCanteen.vspj.cz system (if applicable)

• Bank account details (IBAN/account number) for the refund
