On July 1, 2026, there was a change in the canteen operator

Dear students, staff and diners,

We would like to inform you that, as of 1 July 2026, there has been a change in the operator of the VŠPJ canteen. As a result of this change, the current catering system will be discontinued. For this reason, we ask all diners who have unused credit on their customer account to request a refund in accordance with the instructions below.

How do I request a refund of unused credit?

If you have any unused credit on your customer account as of the date the current operator ceases operations, you may request a refund.

Please send your request for a refund of unused credit by email to:

Please include the following in your request:

  • first name and surname,
  • username from iCanteen.vspj.cz (if you place orders online)
  • the bank account number to which the refund is to be paid.

Diners who do not use the online ordering system may only request a refund of unused credit in person, upon presentation of their meal card, to Ms
