Filing a notice under EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers

According to Section 9(2)(b) of the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers, the following information is published in a manner that permits remote access:

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PERSONS INVOLVED

Under the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers, the persons in charge are:

2. MEANS OF NOTIFICATION:

To PERSONS IN CHARGE THROUGH AN INTERNAL NOTIFICATION SYSTEM:

• Electronically to the email address OFFICIALS@STORE.online
• Orally by calling +420608719875. The line is direct to the person in charge and is generally manned on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00; if you do not get through, you will be contacted by the person in charge as soon as possible. Calls are not monitored or recorded.
• Via the web application PISTALKA.online. Available at www.PISTALKA.online. PISTALKA.online is a web application developed by ICT Vysočina s.r.o. guaranteeing a high standard of confidentiality of the information provided and protection of the whistleblower and the reported person and their personal data. PISTALKA.online enables electronic communication between the person in charge and the whistleblower, while mutual communication is confidential, secured by encryption and anonymous. 

The College of Polytechnics Jihlava has been assigned "ORGANIZATION CODE - 7583" as a unique identification code, which is used by whistleblowers to identify the organization within the PISTALKA.online application.

• In writing in an envelope marked "WHISTLEBLOWING - DO NOT OPEN" to the address of the registered office of ICT Vysočina s.r.o, Ždírec 99, 588 13 Polná
• At the request and within a reasonable period of time (but no later than 14 days from the date on which the notifier requested it), also in person.

MINISTRY OF JUSTICE

Ministry of Justice, ID No.: 000 25 429, with registered office at Vyšehradská 427/16, 120 00 Prague 2, may be notified orally or in writing. If the whistleblower requests it, the authorised employee of the Ministry is obliged to receive the notice in person within a reasonable period of time, but no later than 14 days from the date on which the whistleblower requested it. The notification may also be submitted through the external notification system under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice at https://oznamovatel.justice.cz.

3. The College of Polytechnics Jihlava, as the obliged entity, excludes the acceptance of notices from a person who does not perform work or other similar activity for the obliged entity pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) under the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
