Freshmen Day and the 2024 Schedule - REGISTRATION IS NOW ON

You can register now for the Freshman Day and Schedule Making event! The Polytechnic College Jihlava cordially invites all newly enrolled first-year students to the first joint event, which will take place on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 10.00 a.m. in the College's Learning Centre. Students will have the opportunity to register for the event until 8 September 2024.

The Polytechnic University of Jihlava invites newly enrolled first-year students to the Freshmen Day and Schedule Creation event, which will take place on Tuesday 10 September 2024 at 10.00 a.m. at the VŠPJ Learning Centre, Tolstého 16, Jihlava (entrance from the bus station).
 
The event is optional and is intended for those learners who want to create a timetable for the first semester with the support of teachers and timetable writers at the school. They will also get to know the school environment and meet future classmates. There is also an afternoon team-building programme for students called "Out of boredom with VŠPJ, or get to know the best student places in Jihlava". The afternoon program will be held under the auspices of the Student Association of the University of Applied Sciences.
 
School premises will be open for visitors from 8.30 a.m.
 
Registered candidates will need an ID card and a tablet or laptop to attend the event.

10.00 - 10.15 Welcome

10.15 - 10.50 Timetabling information

10.50 - 11.30 Start of timetable development in each department

11.30 - 12.30 Tour of departments and school

12.30 - 13.00 Lunch break

13.00 - 16.00 Team building activities - meet at 13.00 outside the entrance to the Learning Centre

 

How to register for the Freshers' Day and timetable making event

  • Log in to our information system first HERE To log in, you will need the login information you used for the e-application.
  • Once you are logged into the information system, click HERE. Once you have completed the form, click SUBMIT. 😊
  • You will receive a confirmation email in your new school email confirming successful registration.
  • You must register for the event no later than September 8, 2024.
