High Tech AI days presented the use of artificial intelligence not only in industry

On Thursday, 2 May 2024, the Polytechnic College Jihlava organized another in a series of Polytechnic Seminars, which are held in the form of lectures on scientific and popularization topics and are intended for both students at the College and the general public. The seminar was attended by academic staff of the VŠPJ and experts from cooperating organizations or institutions. Jan Mittner, Ph.D., and Ing. Jan Zbirovský presented new trends in artificial intelligence and its use in computer science and industrial applications. Ing. Zdeněk Havel, Ph.D., Director of the AI Hub of the CzechInvest Agency, presented tools and support for technological incubation and support for start-ups in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, Škoda Auto presented new cars and the participants, students and employees had the opportunity to learn about technical innovations in the automotive industry", summarized the most important points of the program Radek Kolman, Head of the Department of Technical Studies at the VŠPJ.
