Rector of the VŠPJ Zdeněk Horák was elected Vice-Chairman of the Czech Rectors' Conference

On June 8, 2023, at its 171st session, the Czech Rectors' Conference (CRC) elected a new presidency. Among the elected mýstop chairs is alsoé VŠPJ rector Zdenek Horák.

The Board is elected for two years in secret elections by the rectors of theúhonouredýcolleges in the Czechérepublic. It is the final organ of the CRC and consists of the President and five místop Presidents. The term of office of the newé Board will begin oná 1 August 2023. The area of responsibility of the Rector of the VŠPJ will be decided at its firstá meeting.  

The Czechá Conference of Rectors was founded on January 28, 1993, thus celebrating itsá 30th&year& ofá existence this year. It is an association of rectors of public (26), state (2) and some private (18) universities and colleges. Itsá& mission& is& toá& toá& theá& issues& ofá& colleges, toá& theá& ofá& colleges;to have opinions on them and to apply them in conditionsýý&rný&rns and iný&rns institutionsý&rns.
