A gender audit is underway at the Polytechnic University of Jihlava

Audit is part of theástí VŠPJ Gender&equality Plan for the periodá2023–2025, whichá is a practicalámachine for enforcingá and systematic promotion of equalý opportunitiesý iná educationý researchý educationý and humaný resourcesý at VŠPJ.

Audit will help define areas where there is or may be a      abuse of certain  groups, not only on the basis of  gender but also age, education or race. „On the basis ofágenderéauditing,áweáhowátheásituation&around&ašthešcollege is at this particularátime in the area of equalýworkingáconditions and the work climate. We will examineá complianceá withá equalá opportunitiesá iná allá fá ofá worká lifeá andá careeráTheán´ ofán´ personaláand&work&life,áworking&conditions&and&work&environment&at&the&VŠPJ. Theý&sequence&of&the&audit&will&help&us&determine&further&scaron&action&in this&area.“ said Mgr. Andrea Ondráchková, headá of the V&Scaron& PJ Counseling and Career Center and of theárove coordinatorá of gender&equality.

Auditý tý tý tý which will involve people from the Counselling & Information Centre, HRá Marketingá and the Rector's Office;will analyze processes, procedures, existing internal´ documentation, organizational´ and management´ V&Scaron& PJ standards and statisticalé ú data for the period´ 2020 – 2022.  The responsible person is RNDr. Ing. Lenka Cimbálnáková, Ph.D., MBA, Vice-Rector for Development, Strategy and Quality.

„The current  work was distributed byá online questionn . The& next& step& will& be& to& create& focus& groups& with& selected& groups& of& workers. Meetingsání and discussions in rámci groups will take place in April.“ adds Andrea Ondráchková.
