International Guides Day will be celebrated in Jihlava with free tours of the historical centre

On Saturday, 11 února 2023, the Department of Tourism at VŠPJ will join the celebration for the seventh time Mesaáá Guides Day. The event is organized under the šštitle of the Association of Guides of the Czeché Republic and in cooperation with the Šschool of economy and tourism Jihlava and the organization of á Brána Jihlavy, p.o., the opportunity to get to know the famous and lesser known cities of Jihlava.

The public can enjoy two free guided tours of the historic centre of Jihlava. Students of the Department of Tourism of VŠPJ and the ŠSchool of Economics and Tourism Jihlava will act as guides. The event will kick off at 10.00 in front of the Výukového centre of VŠPJ with an hour-long children's tour for families with children. At 1 p.m., the children will then be able to leave the výukovécenter for a two-hour traditionalí tour. During the rárámce of bothádecks, they will have theát opportunity to perform at the Bránu of the Mother of Godá or visitšt´vit several Jihlavaýchurches. The unconventional tour through the streets of Jihlava will end at the Jihlava Town Hall, while the úíí& frequentú´ afternooní visitors will also have the opportunity to visit its interioríí.
