Day with Technology brought high school students closer to the study of technical programmes at VŠPJ

On Mondayí December 19, 2022, Department of Technical´ VŠPJ held Technology Day. The traditional event, the purpose of which is to present the possibilities of studying technically oriented programs at VŠPJ, was attended by about 150 students of secondary technicalýý&colleges.

Department of Technicalých Studiesí doc. Ing. Radek Kolman, Ph.D., together with fromástupkyní department Mgr. Hana Vojáčková, Ph.D., in theýukovém centre úleaders of the excursion briefly introduced the Polytechnic University Jihlava. The students were introduced to the Applied Computer Science, Applied Engineering and Applied Technology for Industrial Practice programmes. Thené VŠPJ students gave a tour of the highšschoolsá and their teachers. In rámce of theád they had the opportunity toát the Industry 4.0 laboratory of the CP Factory or the laboratory of experimentalálnál measurementsá and toást questionsáaboutácí theácí areaá ofá study&a; theyá areá most&interestedá in. They also visited the movementýactivities lab, the signalán´processing&and&multiédií lab, the smartýmaterialsálab and the 3D printing lab.
