Christmas at VŠPJ supported the Havlíčkův Brod Halfway House

This year, as part of the 18th annual charity event Vánce at VŠPJ, the Halfway House Havlíczkův Brod supported the Halfway House Havlíczkův Brod. This service operates under the J. J. Pestalozzi Center, o.p.s, provides accommodationání and professional support to youngýpeople who are independent;m adultélifeýdealing&with&the&adversity&of&the&destructive&life&situations&and&the&absence&of&the&family&from&the&earth. The students and staff of šwheels for Service organized a collection of practicalý everydayý necessities. Theýproceeds from theýcollection&were handed over by Rector Zdenek Horák on Wednesday December 14, 2022 to the head of theýservice Ing. Zdeněk Dostálovi.

Vánce at VŠPJ is a traditional charity event, during which students and employees of the Polytechnicé šCollegeé Jihlava together support a selected non-profit organization from the Highlands. In the past, collections have been held, for example, for a home for the elderly in Ždírce, a home for children and young people ZASTÁVka Telč or the Food Bank of the Vysočina Region. Last year, the VŠPJ supported the SOVY programs operating under the Jihlava Regional Charity.
