Students from Uzhhorod returned to the University of Applied Sciences after three years

After a threeé yearé hiatus caused by the global pandemicé on November 28 – December 1, students from Uzhhorod, Ukraine, hosted the škola polytechnicá Jihlava. The Uzhorod Náá University (Uzhhorod University (UzhNU) has been organizing the Department of Tourism Váá PJ (KCR) since 2013. Ten students and two teachers of the Department of Tourism and International Communication of UzNU have participated in the summeršní stay.

During the rámce of their stay, they were taught by KCR Mgr. Ivana Brychtová and Dr. In cooperation with the Interáá&a family´á&department, a varied program was prepared for them, which included, in addition to the pro´áá;Jihlava and groupé activities focused on customs and traditions in the Highlands and Transcarpathia, as well asé vacé flights to Prague and Telc. During theávštions, the Ukrainianá group had the opportunity to discuss with the Chairman of the Senátu Milošem Vystrčil, met with the Governor of VíTězslav Schrek, Mayor Peter Ryškou or Mayor of Telc Vladimír Brtníkem, who personally guided the students through the catacombs of Telc.

In Jihlava, a group of soé Ukrainiané house visited theé house, whiché donated a number of books in Ukrainiané to the fund of the Ukrainiané library, whiché was established here in theé part of thisé year. „Students were overšené from the course of their stay, they especially enjoyed the ropeé center in Telc,“ uvádí Mgr. „They were grateful for everything, and most of all for the support that the Czech Republic shows and sends them, adds Brychtová.
