The human rights situation in Hong Kong will be presented in a film and a discussion

Highá škola polytechnická Jihlava in cooperation with the Member of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Eva Decroix will showádá in Mondayí November 14 at 17.00. a discussion on the human rights situation in Hong Kong with American-born activist Samuel Chu. As part of the rámce, a documentary The Hong Konger will be screened, whichás the struggle of Hong Kong businessman and activist Jimmy Lai for freedom. The film and the subsequent debate will be in English, with interpretation provided. The event, which will take place in the VŠPJ's historic auditorium, is free of charge and is not only for VŠPJ students and staff, but also for the general public.
