Doc. Zdeněk Horák was inaugurated as Rector of the VŠPJ

On Wednesday, 12th October 2022, the inauguration of the new Rector of the Polytechnic College Jihlava doc. Ing. Zdeněk Horáka, Ph.D. The traditional ceremony, which was opened by a fanfare and a number of guests in gowns and with academic insignia, was attended by members of the academic community of VŠPJ, representatives of other &scaroný Czech &scaroný universities &scaroný and soá of the &scaroný Minister of &scaroný for the &scaroný of the &scaroný section of the &scaroný internationalá relations, EU & ESIF Dr. Václav Velčovský, the Governor of the Vysočina Region Mgr. Vítězslav Schrek and the Head of the Statute of the City of Jihlava MgA. Karolína Koubová. After solemní speeches were made, the incoming rector of VŠPJ publicly took the rector's oath and from the hands of the chairwoman of the Academicéof the Academic Senate of VŠPJ, he received the symbol of his – function – the rector's ý chain of the highest ší representative of the College of Polytechnicé Jihlava. President Miloš Zeman appointed doc. Horáka to the post of rector of the VŠPJ from 24 July 2022. According to the law, he will perform his function for four years.
