Representatives of companies addressed challenges related to robotics and automation at the University of Applied Sciences

Téma of robotization and automation inýroby, whichéwas the subject of a seminarár of CzechInvest with nácall Industrialá automation in practice, came on Wednesday 25. May 2022 to the Výukovécenter of VŠPJ 115 ofágrads of mostly smallýand mediumýenterprises. The conference programme, which is part of the nationwide roadshow Digitalization of SME 2022, kicked off at 9:00 am on 9:00 am:00 úwateríword, during whiché allé participants were welcomed by Zdeněk Martínek from the Regionalé Chamber of Economyé of the Vysočina Region, Adéla Lánová, Director of the RegionáLná of the CzechInvest office for the Vysočina Region and the Vice-Rector of the VŠPJ Zdeněk Horák, Head of the Department of TechnicalýStudies of the VŠPJ and fromárove of the newly elected candidate for the Rector of the VŠPJ. Theáfollowedáblock& ofášexpertsáfromácompaniesáDEL, Toyota, NEDCON Bohemia, SICK, and OPTOKON presented theiráexperienceáwith digitaláln´ transformationá andúadvantagesáofárobotization. 

Two hands-on workshops with case studies were also held on the professional ššafternoon. The Úí participants had the opportunity to consult the financialá machines on the infopoints of the Technologyé Agency of the Czech Republic, CzechInvest or the Agency for Enterpriseá and Innovation. In addition, the conference program offered theávštors theáopportunity toáparticipate in theácommentedá overview of theáukové factory for Industry 4.0 Cyber Physical Factory, whichá in theá premisesá of theá školy polytechnicé Jihlava has been operating since 2020.
