This year's first issue of Studia Turistica deals with legal issues

The Department of Tourism of VŠPJ has published the first summer issue of the professional periodical Studia Turistica. As traditionally, the first edition of the new annual was produced in cooperation with the Právnic Faculty of Charles University and is dedicated to the Právnic Faculty of the University of Charles;It focuses on the current problems of tourism, including the current impact of the pandemic on this sector. The Úwaterí issue of the newéannual dedicated to thiséissue represents the onlyécollective´ since 2018;, and in ofásetá also the onlyá extensiveá publication oná ú ú tourism in the Czeché Republic.

The Úwaterí issue of the newéyearly magazine devoted to theáwaterí issue represents the onlyé from 2018; Collective, and in theá set also the onlyá extensiveá publication on theá ú ú law of theá tourism in theá s. „In the Czeché republic, unlike Germany, for example, little attention is paid to tourism, while the úé úThe law is changing rapidly and publications are therefore becoming outdated,“ said Jan Kuklík, vice-rector of Charles University, who in 20142022 stál headed the právnické faculty of the oldest&scaron& í Czeché university.  

The newé issue of Studia Turistica, whiché can be readé st HERE, focuses on the currentá and upcomingá changes to the Czechá tourismá ú lawá as well as the stateá response to the changingá impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the sector. The impact of outá& daysý& lostí on the m´& stní fee from staying in the Czech Republic is looked at in the context of the pandemic in 20202021 as well as the probíhajícícílectéconflict in Ukraine. The attention of the readers will not escape the article dedicated to a look at the longéé and currentéé efforts to adopt theéé of theé&con on tourism, whiché began to be prepared already in the interéé Czechoslovakia in 1927.

The electronic magazine Studia Turistica has been published by the Department of Tourism at VŠPJ since 2010. It is the first Czech peer-reviewed professional periodical in online electronic form, which deals with tourism issues.
