Information for applicants from Ukraine

Student applicants from Ukraine who have been granted temporary protection in the Czech Republic can apply for admission in the Czech Republic; For the academic year 2022/2023, they can apply for all courses of study and programmes offered by the VŠPJ. In total, there are eight bachelorýsýsýs programs/fields of study in the fields of technology, economics and healthý and a follow-up masterýsýsýs program of technicalýsýsý focus. Applicationsášareásubmittedáelectronically at www.vspj.cz/eprihlaska, the end of the 1st round of admissionámacízení is 11 May 2022.

Studentás may provide evidence of achievement of theás degree at the decision of theá rector; educationání only in the form of an honestášení, in the Czechéor Englishélanguage. Noí thereforeí needí to bring a matricí certificateí or high&scaroný diploma. The certificate of honour must be nostrified as well as the documents it replaces (matriculation certificate / high school diploma). Nostrification can be provided to candidates by the VŠPJ. Documents proving educational attainment must be submitted to the VŠPJ no later than 15 September 2022. In case the candidate requests that the documents be nostrified by the VŠPJ, the required documents must be submitted no later than 12. Candidates are exempted from the fee for the nostrification of educational attainment on the basis of the decision of the Rector. Foreigners with temporary protection are also exempted from the administrative application fee (650 CZK) and the fee for exceeding the standard period of study, which is 10,000 CZK per semester at VŠPJ.

Students interested in studying have theáá opportunity to consult the VŠPJ Counselling and Career Centre to explore educational options at VŠPJ and the educationáání in the selected study programme or field of study. Consultations will be provided free of charge to the applicants with the help of a Ukrainian interpreter in the form of a personal meeting. Those interested in consultation can contact Mgr. Andrea Ondráchkova (andrea.ondrackova@vspj.cz).

Newly enrolledým students of dále škola plánuje provide free of charge in period June–ofárowí intensiveí attendanceí course ofštiny, whichý enables them to startáá&studying&and&quick&scaron& í adaptation in the&environment´, and afterá&only´ the&academic&yearé Czeché language courses. Students will be able to take these as an elective course in the ráschool. Currently, there are about thirty students studying at VŠPJ.

VŠPJ offersáfor stácím students of Ukrainianánánánativity immediately after the outbreak ofávále conflict financialá support in the form of oneáý&day&scholarships´ iný& ši 10 000 CZK, with similar support for newly enrolledé students.
