British Council Research & Development Centre 5. March 2022 anniversary of 10 years since the start of its activities at the šcollege of Polytechnic Jihlava. On the occasion of this výyearí we decided to invite for an interview RNDr. Jitka Ryškovou, the head of theškové researché centre, whoá not only stoodá at itsá foundation, but throughout theá period of itsá functioningá has participatedá in itsá development. I reveal that the process of establishing the Jihlava Research Centre started much earlier than 10 years ago and was similarly complex; as herá path to English, which she took a detour through chemistry, math and her lá to wordá games.
