It is often said that the profession of nursing is ináce poslání helpáhat kindým than a profession. „Nurses need to be reminded that only a balanced person, who is satisfied even in his/her personal life, can provide quality care to patients in the long term. Therefore, we must not forget about ourselves and think not only about professional but also personal development,“ illuminates the blí that Vojtěchová thematicé focused´ afternoon block of the conference. During the conference, among other things, there were presentations on management and crisis communication. Aázation about theámání of the nurse as an indispensableáhelperánurse was provided fromáhonorámo by the director of the Jihlava Hospital Lukáš Velev.

The Sister Conference had such aé charitable´ subtext. Half of the collected registration fees, i.e. more than 25 000 CZK, was donated to the support of the humanitarian organization Lékaři bez hranic. Founded in 1971 in response to the Nigerian civil war, Lécans Without Borders provides health care to victims of natural disasters, epidemics and conflicts in more than 88 countries around the world.
