POLYFiK delves into the depths of the topic of hardening for the first time

At úterý 1stúnora 2022 at 15.00., the firstá promí tá of the POLYFiK filmé club took place in the meetingá room next to the historicé auditorium of VŠPJ. Sérii promítání, whichá offersáday always once a month theáopportunity to watcháqualityá documentaryární films from One World festival andthe opportunity to discuss currentáln´témothers, began with Ponor director Nayse Baghai's  staff of VŠPJ and the široké public.

An invitation to the úní promítání of the POLYFiK Film Club was also accepted by Mgr. Petr Ryška, nácityátory of the city of Jihlava and chairman of the Czechéch Swimming Sports Association. After the end of the film, he opened a discussion on the topic of hardening, which is very close to him as an active swimmer. Úfrequent´discussions most´interesting´small&information&about&the&benefits&and&risks&ofá&ná. There was a debate about the method of the Dutch adventurer Wim Hof, which combines staying in the cold with breathing exercises;and is one of the reasons for the excited interest in hardening in recent years. One of the úfrequentápeopleá reminded that there is a longátradition of hardeningání in áCzechácountries, which can be referred to by ápeople. The rector of VŠPJ Prof. Václav Bácha also joined the debate, who described the processes taking place in the human body during and immediately after hardening from a medicalánánápoint of view.

After theá debate, theá participantsá had theá opportunity to decide on theá filmá toá beá screened atá theá terá POLYFiKá filmá clubá oná March 1, 2022.
