New course "Digitization in Cultural Tourism"

For the summer semester 2021/2022 the Department of Tourism of the Polytechnic University of Jihlava in cooperation with the Austrian partner Johann Kepler University in Linz has prepared a new elective course on digitalization in tourism. The course Digitization in Cultural Tourism is one of the components of the project Cooperation of Institutions in the Highlands and Upper Austria in Supporting the Promotion of Cultural Tourism;The project was funded by the INTERREG V-A Austria-Czech Republic grant programme INTERREG V-A Austria-Czech Republic. 

The training will be probíhat in English in cooperation with external and foreign lecturers. The course will offer the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and expertise in online marketing, it will focus on the use of social media in the tourism industry, the evaluation of the effectiveness of online activities, the prááááááááááááááááááááááááááááááááááááááááááá&aá&a; the conditions of online marketing etc.

In current turbulent times, the acquisition of education in the field of digitalization is necessary and very desirable. In this way, the Department of Tourism responds to changes and trends in the industry and the demands of practice.
