POLYTECHNICAST #18: DAVID ŠČERBA and ONDŘEJ ŠRYTR (Stormware s.r.o.): The most important thing is knowledge and interest

Hopefully, nám at least answering that in some detail on the 18th episode of the Polytechnicast podcast. Invited to be interviewed this time around were David Šcherba, director of vývoje at Stormware s.r.o., and Ondřej Šrytr, a third´&year undergraduate student;of the Appliedá Computer Science program at the  Department of Technicalý Studies atŠPJ. Ondřej joined a trainee program designed for theésoftwareé company with center in Jihlava;students and during a relatively shortátké period of time he developed from the position of a trainee to the position of a permanentálé employee with a concluded employment contract. We have a unique opportunity to look at the issue of student internships, both from the student's point of view and from the perspective of the partner company, which gives VŠPJ students the opportunity to complete an internship.
