Talented high school students presented their projects at the VŠPJ

On Mondayí 8. November in historicalé auditorium of VŠPJ took place a meeting ofání students and teachers of secondaryécolleges from the Vysočina Region, fromástudents ofé šcolleges polytechnicé Jihlava and Vysočina Region. During theání meetings, theá evaluationá of the Nadaní students project, whichý was implemented in thešcolíyear 2020/2021 under theáštitle of the Vysočina Region, and discussion ofúhonourý
Goldý cut in architecture or programsání 6-axisých robots. These are some of theémat dél projects thatémiddleéschoolšstudents in collaboration with academicýý&workers at V&Scaron&PJ during the &scaron&year 202/2021 as part of the Nadaní students project. The evaluationá of the implementation of this project, whose aim is to promote theá interest in education, science and research among gifted highá schoolá students, took place on Mondayá 8. November 2021 in the historicé auditorium of VŠPJ. The meetingání wasáhonored by theástupci of the Vysočina Region – the Vítezslav Schrek governor and the školství, mláLand and Sport Jan Brájdala together with the headáof the VšPJ, the rector Václav Bácha and the vice-rector for creativeá and project activities Zdeněk Horák.

One of the aims of the Highé šcoly polytechnicé Jihlava is to support applied education in the Vysočina Region. An important partástí of thiséto support is also longácooperationá with secondaryácolleges, in itsáráThe project "Giftedí students to support talentedý women with a interest in educationá, science and research was implemented. As part of the project, which was open to all secondary schools established by the Vysočina Region, a range of activities was prepared;projects, in which the academic staff of the VŠPJ cooperated as professional guarantors with the students of the secondary šcolleges. During the šround´year 2020/2021, a total of šsix middle´colleges took the opportunity to participate in the project. These were Secondary í Industrial, Technical and Automotive College Jihlava, Secondary í Computer Science and Tourism College SČMSD Humpolec and dále o gymnázia in Jihlava, Velkém Meziříand Telč. At these&scaroná&roundsá&womená&and&teachers&engaged&in&oneá&number&ofá&projects&of&different&focus&from&IT&to&biology&to&psychology.

During the meetingání aimed at supportingání ofáy giftedáwomenámiddlešcolleges on educationání, science and research in the širokéém spectrum of health, economics and technicalým fields was presented in his speech by the Governor Víétezslav Schrek: „As a graduate of specialáln´ education, I obviously know that there are a number of important programs and projects to support disadvantaged students who need help. I am very pleased that alongside these projects, there are also important projects such as Nadaní students, which provide support for more talented students.“
