First-year students will meet physically and online before the start of the semester

The VŠPJ Counselling & Careers Centre has prepared two events for students entering their first year to help them make a better start to their university studies. Currently, more than 1,000 students are enrolled in the firstéééé&each&year, none ofáé

During the firstání meeting, which will take place online in úterý on 7. 9. 2021, the newlyýed highšcolálecturers will be introduced to theý student&department´ and advisingé and careeré center. Získaií soé information about the mostácí event - the jointé creation of a schedule for the firstáky. Throughout the live élánáná period, students can contact the šcola šlánáná staff with questions via chat.

The úterý 14. 9. 2021, there will then be a springé meetingé in the &scaron& colleges area, where it will be possible to create a schedule together with the &scaron& colleges and  of the &scaroné degrees of the individual departments. On this day, students can alsoé takeé tours of&scaron&colleges&and&departments&and&enjoy&an&afternoon&of&sports&organized&by&the&Scaron&PJ&Sports&Cabinet. Students can find the registration form and detailed schedule for both events on the special firstááá website. Here, they are available to build´ soé Two e-books – Study Guide and Study Tips & Hints, whiché provideé an overview of frequently askedý questions. They can get acquainted with the resources for the first time by means of a virtualáá&lná tour. A betterší idea of the course of study can be obtained from´ selectedý videos and episodes of the Polytechnicast podcast, whose guests were students of VŠPJ.
