It is now possible to obtain an engineering degree at VŠPJ. A follow-up Master's programme in Applied Technology for Industrial Practice is now open

Higherá šcolleges of polytechnicá Jihlava openírá from thisšní autumn newý followící masterý study´ program Appliedá technology for industrial practice. Thanks to this purely practical, professionally oriented programme, it is possible to obtain an engineering degree for the first time in the Vysočina Region, both in the presentí and combined´ form of study. Admissions to the first round of the admissions process can be submitted electronically until 22 June 2021.

Thanks to this purely practical, professionally oriented program, it is possible to earn an engineering degree for the first time in the Vysočina Region in both full-time and combined forms of study. The applicants for the first round of the admissions process can submit their applications electronically until 22 June 2021.
 

Theýuka of the newéprogram responds to the latest&scaron& í trends in the field of industrialé automation and robotization, and its graduates will find immediateé employmentí in the rámci of Vysočina and elsewhere in the Czech Republic. „For our bachelorás degree it is a greatá assurance that they can continue their studies in Jihlava, which will prevent the brain drain to other regions,“ saidá doc. Ing. Zdeněk Horák, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Technical Studies at VŠPJ and the sponsor of the new Master's programme. Not only fresh bachelors, but also those who have been working in the field for a long time, now have a unique opportunity to improve their qualifications and secure a better position on the market, adds Horák.

Like the veškeré undergraduateé programs that VšPJ offersé in the fields of technology, economics and healthí, as well as the new Master'sý follow-upý program outstandingý in itsý focus on practicalý skills. „Students will complete a 12 týday internship during their studies and will be trained in the  internship for a largeýnumber& of&years soý oný learning and conductingý diplomaý works. Students will have the unique opportunity to use the CP Factory's špeak cyber-physicsálná factory in the newébuilding of theýlearningécenter, whichásimulates theýroboticá processes of Industry 4.0,“ rowáká Horák.

For the academic year 2021/2022, VŠPJ plans to admit 25 students in full-time study and 30 students in combined study to the new program. Applications for the first round of the admissions process, which includes a písemný; test and ústní interview, can be submitted electronically by 22. June. If the program is not filled to capacity, it will be possible to enroll in additional rounds during July and August.
