The door to the Erasmus+ programme remains open for the VŠPJ

Higheráá šcolleges of polytechnicá will be able to send students and workers abroad in the nextácácá years as well as to receive students from foreign universities under the Erasmus+ programme. Following a decision of the Europeané Commission, V&Scaron& PJ has received the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2021–2027 (ECHE), which authorizes it to ú part in this programme until 2027.

Erasmus+ is an EU programme for education, training, youth and sport that was launched in January 2014. It merged and replaced the previous Lifelong Learning Programme (Comenius, Erasmus, Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci), Youth in Action and other international programmes. In addition to the educational mobility of individuals, the Erasmus+ programme provides support for a range of other forms of international cooperation in the field of education and training. „Over the last five years, 158 VŠPJ students have travelled abroad to countries such as Portugal, Španeland, Dánland, Finland, Croatia and otherší. During the same period of time, we have brought 127 international students from, for example, Greece, Finland and France to ““aacute;ká Bc. David Průša, an employee of the Internationaláá VŠPJ and coordinator of the Erasmus+ program, and continues: „Although there has been a various restrictions on foreign mobility associated with Erasmus+ due to the coronavirus pandemic, máWe have students who are currently staying abroad in Spain, Portugal or Belgium.“
