VŠPJ newly cooperates with the South Bohemian Tourism Centre
Higherá škola polytechnická Jihlava has established cooperation with the ý significant organization of destination management – South Bohemian Tourism Centre. Director of the organization Ing. Jaromír Polášek took part in the training of the students of the Tourism program as a professional from practice. The students have theý opportunity to complete an internship in destination management in South Bohemia and thusé collaborate with theý organization in the creation of theirý worký.
Students of both full-time and combined forms of study in the Travel & Tourism program had the opportunity to attend an online class in the course of Destination Management at the beginning of December, which was led by Ing. Jaromír Polášek.
Jaromír Polášek is not only the director of the JCCR, but alsoé chairman of the Association of Organizations of Tourism, vice-president of the Czeché Union of Tourism, z.s., and chairman of the Supervisory Board of the South Czeché Cycling Trails Foundation.
Ing. Polášek presented the activities and projects of the South Bohemia Tourism Centre in an engaging way and offered the VŠPJ students the opportunity to complete an internship in destination management in South Bohemia. Students can also cooperate with the JCCR in the creation of bachelorýýý theses, e.g. focused on complex products of the destination.
The VŠPJ and JCCR are also initiatingá professional cooperation on otheré ú levels. Jarom´r Polášek as one of the main speakers of the firstáprofessionaláon-lineádiscussionámeetingánáoná&láproblemsátourism „IN THE SLOVAKÍCKO“, whiché Department of Travel & Tourism of VŠPJ organized on 3. March 2021.
