Lenka Cimbálníková, Quality Manager, is the new Vice-Rector for Strategy and External Relations of the VŠPJ

The Rector of VŠPJ prof. MUDr. Václav Báča, Ph.D., appointed from 1 September 2020 RNDr. Ing. Lenka Cimbálníková, Ph.D., MBA, as the new Vice-Rector for Strategy and External Relations.

RNDr. Ing. Lenka Cimbálnáková, Ph.D., MBA, graduated from the Faculty of Science of J. E. Purkyně University (Mathematics and Physics) and the Faculty of Business of Brno University of Technology (Economics and Management of Industry). She completed her postgraduateální doctoralé studies at the Jan Amos Komenskýého University in Prague (Andragogy). She then studied Strategic Management at Nottingham Trent University in 2010-2012. Dr. Cimbálnáková worksá as a lecturer in the field of strategicázená, rázená and humanáresources development, has published several professional papers;publications and participated in the activities of associations and groups focused on human resource development and adult education. Among other things, she was behind the creation of the Aeduca Adult Education Festival. In the field of higher education  she worked as the director of the Institute of Lifelong Education   and as a vice-dean at the Faculty of Philosophy of Palack University in Olomouc, then  as a vice-rector at Brno International Business School. In 2011 she was awarded the bronze medal of the Rector for her services to the development of Palackého University in Olomouc. Lenka Cimbálnáková has been working at VŠPJ since 2017 as Quality Manager.

Mgr. Alena Štěrbová resigned as Vice-Rector for Strategy and Externalá Relations on 31.8.2020 and aboveále will remainá iná managementá ofšcollegeá asá headá of&the& ESFá projectá Strategicý Development VŠPJ.
