The probáháhá nábor into the solution of the XR-Buggy project from the ranks of students of technicaláprograms Appliedá technology for industrial practice, Appliedá engineeringá and Appliedá computer science. Those entering the first year of studies in the autumn also have the opportunity to participate in the project.

The XR-Buggy project is the most ambitiousóším studentým project at the PolytechnicéšCollegeé Jihlava. Its aim is to design the construction, create a completeý design and documentation and to realize the finalá assembly of the XR-Buggy. Testing will then take place on off-road tracks in the Czech Republic (e.g. Pístov, Mohelnice), possibly also abroad.

The purpose of the project is presented by the head of the Department of Technical Studies Zdeněk Horák: „Cílem is not only to create a fully functional vehicle of the buggy category, but first&scaroním to provide ouršim students with a space to deepen´ and applyání acquiredý knowledge´ and skillsí in practice.The students participate in the project from aývariety& ofé points ofé and theástí part&of&the&scaron&ení solution&is&in&addition&to&the&technicalé side&of&theá andá promotion.

„The implementation is in fázi výroby and montáthat. In otherými words, we have designedý the appearance of the vehicle and developed approximately 60% of the necessary documentation for theýconstruction. We have aýworking´and assemblyáspace with aýmachineryáfleet including´metal&workingárunning´ machines andámachinery,“ saidádí Dominik Gőttler, head´ He is a graduate of the Applied Technology for Industrial Practice program and will be starting the newly accredited Applied Mechanical Engineering program in the fall.

Currently, probíhá nábor to thešitelétýmu from ranks of technicalý students;Appliedá Technology for Industrial Practice (ATPP), Appliedá Engineering (AS) and Appliedá Informatics (AI). Those entering their first year of study in the autumn also have the opportunity to participate in the project.

Students in the ATPP and AS programs will have the opportunity to participate in theýing,ýthrowing, and creation of modelé andýdrawingé documentation, theirýproduction, andýmounting on a vehicle. They will be able to tryé communication with sponsors and develop theiré negotiationá skills. Students of the AI program will be able to participate in the media support of the project by making videos, taking photos or creating Facebook and YouTube profiles of the project. Dále is also involved in the design and development of the vehicle's electronic systems.

Theý tý m will represent the project and thešcola at eventsý for the public and, of course, até zá waters. The members of theý tý mu will have theýt opportunity to workýšyears onýoptimization of theástí vehicle on the basis ofátest´sources.
