On Wednesday 17. June, the rector of VŠPJ Václav Bácha fromúhonored the memorialínkové event at Úmiddleícemetery in Jihlava - míthe final resting place of the three executed citizens of Jihlava Karl Veselé, Jan Tucek and Františka Rod. 70 years ago, Rod, Veselý and Tucek were convicted in a fabricated political trial and executed bothšení in the courtyard of the thenší regionalé court, onšní dayšní for thešé šcolleges ofšpolytechnicé Jihlava. The rector of the Báácz honoured their memory by laying flowers at the statue of theáá Zaváté &scaronélépěje and by a silent remembrance at the graves of the executed. The funeral was attended by representatives of the Statute of the City of Jihlava, the Vysočina Region, the Czech Union of Freedom Fighters and the Confederation of Political Workers;The President of the Senátu Miloš Vystrčil, who is a member of the Department of Economic Studies at the VŠPJ, also attended the event.
At the commemorative event of the Statuteárního of the city of Jihlava, the activity of the Ústate for the study of totalitarian regimes with názvem Lastá address. On the walls of the houses where the executedí men went to the prisoní from which they never returned, there were memorialí signs. The recollection was concluded by Marie Bohuňovské, the author of the publication Zavá šlé šlé sings about the fate of the sculptor Šlezinger, whoý was arrested together with threeý executedý men and sentenced to 25ý years of imprisonment.
