Physiotherapist Mgr. Alois Polák will discuss the topics "Physiology of muscle contraction, optimization of performance and muscle regeneration" in several blocks. Dr. Martina Winkler will give you an insight into healthy nutrition and will focus mainly on key nutrients and dietary supplements important for effective recovery after exercise. Psychologist Mgr. Hana Vláčilová will help you by addressing the question "What is success and what is failure?" Traditionally, you will have the opportunity to discuss with students of the VŠPJ involved in the UNIS project of the Victoria VSC organization and ask them how they manage to combine university studies and top sport with its support.
