Marketing and Promotion Department

The Department of Marketing and Promotion works under the Vice-Rector for Internal, External and International Relations and provides:

• Contact point for media and journalists, press release production, media monitoring, press conferences.
• Online and offline publicity to raise awareness of the school, provide information about the benefits and opportunities of studying at VŠPJ and build a positive image of the school among both students and the public.
• Organisation of scientific and popularisation events (Night of Scientists in Jihlava, Brain Week and others), events supporting social integration of students and staff (representative ball, academic day and others), or events that emphasize social responsibility issues (Clean Highlands, Sustainability Week, Christmas at VŠPJ and others).
• Management of the school's social networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Creation of the Polytechnicast podcast, which explores education, science and research, technology and other topics that resonate with academia and society through a light-hearted lens.
• The POLYFiK Film Club screenings, which allow students, staff and the general public to watch documentaries from the One World Festival for free.
• Supervision of the observance of the uniform visual style of the VŠPJ.
• Preparing and arranging for the production of the school's promotional materials, including promotional items.
• Preparation and implementation of the participation of the VŠPJ at education fairs.
• Correctness of the content of the presentation part of the VŠPJ website.
• Creation of promotional videos, photos from school events.
