In this yearšním Highá škola polytechnická Jihlava expresses support for people with autism spectrum disorders. On the occasion of the World &scaroné Autism Awareness Day, which is celebrated annually on April 2, the blue web of the high &scaroné &scaroné colleges. In this way, VŠPJ joins the VIII annual campaign with the name Czech Republic in blue, organized by the platform Hope for Autism.

VŠPJ joined the campaign back in 2019, when it lit up the facade of a historic building in Tolstého Street in blue for the occasion. Due to the restrictions on free movement this year many people would not have the opportunity to see the blue building  at night  in person  therefore the V V Scaron;PJ has decided to light up its website in blue, where people can visit it at any time of the day or night without any restrictions.

Turní the site into a blueá há vu iná but notá the only activity that VŠPJ has prepared for thisá occasion. „We„challengedše students to focus on blueé objects they encounter in their daily lives and take pictures of them. The colá whichá was created from their „blue photos“ will be decorated as úwaterí photo ná š officialální Facebooký profile, “ uvádí Vendula Mareš from the departmentá of marketing and promotion. Common blueé objects did not get in front of theá lensá throw. „We wanted to point out howý weý know má what upá rá we pay attention to. When you focus on the blue, you suddenly see it at every turn. Likewise, it's only when you direct your attention to people with autism that you'll discover how oftená this disorder is and how to support autistic people so they can live a fullý life and enrich society with theirá originaláln´ and uniqueá world.“

There are more than 200 thousand citizens living with some form of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Czech Republic. Peopleé with autism and their blí zcí are tryingé to beé aé valid parté ofá society even in thisé difficulté and frustratingé periodé for&each&each&one. Measuresá takená by theá government of theá Czech&country toá limitá &scaron& í coronavirus (e.g. Closedá šwheels, restrictedá movement in public, nošená protectiveý equipment, restrictedá operation of socialální services) bringášejí into their lives fromáset´ and immediateé changes to which they are not always able to immediately adapt 100% due to theirécondition.

Currently, peopleé with autism areé becomingé targetsé ofé publicé attacks, despiteé being soé covered byé theé side&of&the&obligation&to&use&prescribedé protective&equipment&(respiratoryé tor/surgicalé rouš rouš). Forcingá theirá useá mayá resultá iná healthá and psychologicalá consequences iná theá formá ofá regression,& epilepticá seizureá or panic. Through the campaign, we can work together to correct this condition as well.

The third annual Czechia Stí in Blue campaign is themed around Person with PAS and Communicationí set as a means to provide´ responsiveí cí access to people on the autism spectrum during the pandemic and beyond. The materialsály were created with theáaim&to&change&the&course&of&the&professional&public&and&the&profession&who&came&in&the&course&of&theiráwork&with&people&with&PAS&and&their&families&or&accompanions. Currently, these are primarily the components of the protection system, health, and police.
